Welcome!

The rain has finally returned, and with it the green we’ve been waiting for. After a long, dry summer, the grass is growing again and the whole farm feels refreshed. The moist forest floor has come alive with fungi once again, and the hens spend their days wandering through the leaf litter and moss, happily foraging as they explore.

Our flock is settling into the cooler season, and while the hens are slowing down a bit, we still have a steady supply of eggs. We’re likely not taking new customers at the moment, but our waitlists are always open. Egg availability can be found on our Pick-up and Delivery page.

This year’s fruit harvest was a good one, and we’re grateful for the abundance the orchard offered. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates on produce, eggs, and poultry – we’ll share when the harvest is overflowing.

About TTF

Thompson Table Farm LLC is a small family farm just up the road from Oroville, California and North Table Mountain Ecological Reserve. We are nestled in the Sierra Foothills between Oroville and Chico.

We free-range a wide variety of laying hens – these ladies go wherever they like from the pasture to the forest – offering a rainbow of fresh eggs daily.

A variety of seasonal fruit (citrus, plums, blackberries, pears, and persimmons) grow on our farm, available seasonally as Mother Nature dictates. Go to our Pick-up and Delivery page to see what is coming into season next!

We utilize old-time, low-tech, sustainable farming techniques and only home-grown compost and free-range fertilization on our pastures. Our birds are provided the love and compassion they deserve, plus tons of sunlight, fresh air and open space, and natural ground under their feet.
